This is a fairly unique and totally beautifully reconditioned white 1977 Puch Maxi. White is the least common of all the paint colors that were available on Puch mopeds. This moped was owned by the same family since it was purchased new in late 1977, and was well taken care of and properly stored for the last couple of decades.
It only had 400 original miles when we acquired it; however we still gave it a full reconditioning, which included a complete disassembly with every part carefully inspected and polished before reassembly. The single speed, automatic engine, clutch and carburetor assemblies were professionally rebuilt and will last lots of decades to come, with just some basic care and maintenance. The wheels were fitted with new tires and the brakes and hubs were rebuilt as well. The moped feels and rides like new, so we even reset the odometer back to zero.
