Exceptionally nice but not perfect 1980 Puch Magnum II with a 2 speed automatic ZA50 engine. This is a great opportunity to purchase the infamous Puch Magnum without breaking the bank!

1980 Mag IIg   1980 Mag IIe

This bike has just been detailed and fully serviced and runs excellent. The bike starts on the first kick, and everything works as originally intended. This moped is in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically, but could use a few details to make it even better. The tank has a few dings in it, the seat has a rip along the rear seam, which has been covered in cloth tape, and the rear trunk door is broken. The tires are not weathered but are starting to get soft and should be replaced over the winter Other than that, it would make an excellent restoration project for someone, or you can enjoy it and ride it proudly just the way it is.

The engine did get a fresh set of piston rings installed and a full tune-up was performed on it, so you are ready to go. We also ported and pre-setup this engine to accommodate a future performance chamber type exhaust if you decide to go that route. Adding a performance exhaust should allow you to reach a speed of around 40+ mph without changing any other stock items. This moped is sold without any warranty, but should be a very reliable daily rider. $795.00 delivered (within a reasonable distance) .

This Magnum doesn’t have a title, but we have verified that there is no current registration or DMV record, which will allow you to obtain a new title quickly in most states. Check your own State and municipality codes and regulations first however; as we can only guarantee a new title if applied for in the state of Minnesota here in the USA.

What is the difference between the Magnum XK, Magnum II and a Magnum MKII? The original Magnums starting in 1978 were the basic red single speed XK and also a heavy-duty Magnum MKII model that featured oil-injection, hydraulic suspension and a 2 speed ZA50 engine. The MKII also came with alloy wheels and a gauge cluster “Dash”. In 1980, the Magnum XK was replaced with the Magnum II. The biggest difference was that the Magnum II now came with a 2 speed engine (without oil injection) and a different paint scheme.

Super desirable and pretty darn hard to find 1978 Puch Magnum XK. This was a one owner moped and spent its entire life on a farm out in western Minnesota. It was very well cared for and has all the original extras like owners manual, tools, air pump and fork lock/key. The bike still has excellent paint, graphics and shiny chrome.

This moped features a simple 2-stroke E50 49cc engine and a fully automatic single speed transmission with a top speed of approximately 34 mph but has many performance enhancement possibilities.

It has a current Minnesota registration and plates that are good for all of 2013!

Finding an all original, low mileage and perfect running Peugeot TSM is a very rare occurence for anyone. Finding one and not buying it is even more rare! This outstanding moped rides even better than it looks. There is no other moped ever produced that rides like a TSM. Top speed from the factory was around 38-40mph and it gets up to that speed very quickly.  It has been tuned, fully serviced and new tires installed otherwise it is just like it sat hidden away for 30 years. This would be a perfect candidate to do a museum quality restoration on it since what you are starting with is in all-around excellent condition! Current Minnesota plates and title. $1700.00 delivered.

Unfortunately, this Peugeot was sold before we ever had time to properly list it. We know the new owner will take great care of her!

1964 Allstate Sport 60 3 speed moped…this is as cool as it gets!  Hopefully, it will go to a great home because the previous owner babied it and we promised him that we would take care of it. This highly collectible machine was manufactured by Puch for Sears Roebuck and Co. and re-branded under their Allstate line of products as a Allstate Sport Moped. It is technically and legally a motorcycle but Sears marketed it as a moped so that is what we are going to refer to it as.  I guess that means that you will need a motorcycle license to operate this beautiful moped, huh?

This 60cc classic Puch with it’s traditional 3 speed transmission and clutch, fan cooled engine and light-weight chassis will propel you down the road at speeds up to 55 mph. Everything on it is original right down to the leather tank straps and Claxon manual horn. It currently runs perfect so you could ride it just as it is or do a full-out restoration on it at minimal cost because it is 100% complete. The bike was repainted by the previous owner and he did a great job but it is not a professional restoration.  Picture yourself on this bike…you look good! $1295.00 and we’ll deliver it to your garage if you are somewhere in the Mpls/St Paul/St Cloud area!

Minnesota title, new plates and 2014 tabs.  Just get on and ride!

We also have copies of the service and parts manuals available to download free in our manual section.

1980 Tomos Bullet with an A3 2 speed automatic engine that has been fully serviced and tuned and now just needs someone to ride it. This Tomos will make an excellent daily commuter and is very reliable. It starts easy and can be ridden all day long at 30 mph which is its rated speed. It is not perfect but it is still very presentable cosmetically. It’s all original and complete and rides very smooth. The seat is very comfortable as well so longer commutes would be ideal for this moped.

Let me reiterate that the moped is not perfect cosmetically. The rear wheel chrome is poor as well as the lower chrome section of the forks. The rest of the chrome is fair to good with a occasional splash of excellent chrome!

$650.00 and you can get a picture of you and your new used Tomos uploaded to your Facebook page by tonight!

Oh, and I suppose you want it delivered to the Twin Cities area at no extra charge, huh??  Okay, we can make that happen too!!

This very dependable General 5 Star top-tank with a Sachs 505-1A engine was just taken back in on a trade.  It idles and runs smooth as silk and also gets up to top-speed quickly. It’s very soft ride comes from the front hydraulic forks and decent rear shocks. This bike was used by the previous owner as his daily transportation back and forth to work.

The engine has just been tuned and is ready to be ridden!

This bike could be used just as it is or would be a great candidate to kit and modify since it is far from perfect cosmetically.  Lots of fun potential here! The moped comes with a current and transferable Minnesota title as well as  possibility of delivery to the Minneapolis/St Paul area. $500.00

Very nice 77 silver Puch Maxi Sport with a stock E50 single speed engine. The engine was professionally rebuilt the fall of 2011 and has had minimal miles added to the odometer since. This is your basic Maxi but with the mid-length sport seat, wider alloy wheels and additional chrome. This moped is listed as *Used* but it did go through a complete reconditioning 9 months ago. It’s a wonderful running and very reliable modified black 1978 Puch Newport.  This moped was custom-built for a customer’s son who needed transportation to and from school everyday last summer. The moped was built for reliability but it also  needed to be able to merge and keep up to traffic on a very busy city street where the family lived. The son is now off to college and no longer has a need for the moped since receiving a new motorcycle recently so it’s back in our inventory again. He said it never gave him any problems and he will definitely miss it!

The engine is a Maxi-Luxe high torque E50 single speed with less than 300 miles on a full rebuild. The ports have been modified on the top end for increased hp, simple and modest exhaust upgrade, heavy-duty after-market forks,  heavy-duty shocks, 15mm carb, almost new tires, extra wide seat, and more. If you are looking for stock reliability and just enough performance modifications to make going to get a loaf of bread a lot of fun, we have your Puch! Clean title and current tabs!

This moped has just had a fresh servicing and tune-up.
